Supported Living

Supporting you to live independently in a safe, caring environment

What is Supported Living?

At Angelic Healthcare, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live in a home they can truly call their own. Our Supported Living services are designed for adults who want to live as independently as possible, while still having access to care, guidance and support when they need it.

Supported Living is not about “fitting into a service” — it’s about creating a life that works for you. Whether you want to live alone or share a home with others, we’ll make sure you feel safe, respected, and supported in achieving your goals.

At Angelic Healthcare, we believe that strong social connections and a sense of belonging are vital for a happy, fulfilling life. That’s why we actively encourage and support the people we care for to build meaningful relationships within their communities. Whether it’s joining local clubs, attending drop-in centres, participating in group activities, or engaging with community hubs, we provide the guidance and assistance needed to help individuals form lasting networks and feel truly included.

We also understand that every person’s culture, religion, and personal beliefs are an important part of who they are. Our team fully respects and supports individuals in observing their faith practices, celebrating cultural traditions, and meeting personal obligations. This inclusive approach ensures that everyone feels valued, respected, and supported in living authentically.

Our dedicated staff are at the heart of our service. Each member of our team is fully vetted and undergoes rigorous recruitment checks for your peace of mind. They are extensively trained in supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and physical or sensory impairments. At Angelic Healthcare, training never stops—we provide continuous professional development so that our carers are always up to date with the latest best practices, safeguarding standards, and person-centred approaches.

We are also proud to work within the framework of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). This evidence-based approach focuses on understanding and responding to individual needs in a way that promotes dignity, safety, and well-being. By adopting PBS, we minimise the use of restraints or restrictive interventions, instead promoting positive strategies that empower individuals to manage challenges and achieve greater independence.

At the heart of everything we do is the belief that every person has the right to live life to the fullest. Our goal is not just to provide care, but to empower individuals to be the best version of themselves—developing confidence, skills, and independence, while being recognised as active, valued members of their community.

Choosing Angelic Healthcare means choosing a Supported Living service built on compassion, respect, and inclusion. With personalised care plans, highly skilled staff, and a focus on independence and well-being, we are here to help individuals thrive and achieve their aspirations.
